What format are the photos in?
All NM Stock Photo photos are in highest quality RGB JPG format (minimal compression). For print use, you can easily convert them to CMYK TIFF. All photos are available in the following resolutions and prices:
� Low Resolution - 800 pixels in the longer dimension, suitable for website use, $25
� Medium Resolution - 4" x 6" at 300 dpi (1,800 pixels in longest dimension) , $100
� High Resolution - 7" x 10" at 300 dpi (3,000 pixels in longest dimension), $200
Note: The above dimensions are approximate and may vary depending on individual photo proportions and orientation. Exact pixel sizes are specifed on each photo page before adding to your cart.
Do you add photos on a regular basis?Yes. We add photos all the time. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
What is "Hover View?"
Hover view allows you to see a medium image enlargement by rolling your mouse over thumbnail images. Hover view does not work in Safari or older web browsers.
Can I submit photos to sell?
Yes! We maintain a core group of contributing photographers for this photography showcase. If you are a Santa Fean and have a catalog of high resolution digital images of Santa Fe that you are interested in selling here, please contact us. We review submissions and respond quickly. Please understand that we want to work with photographers who have a large and growing body of high quality work.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we cannot offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because there is no way for our products to be returned. 500 pixels-wide watermarked image should be enough for you to make an informed purchase decision.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the NM Stock Photo photos that I download?
Yes. While NM Stock Photo offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format. In addition, photos from this site may not be used in any competitive, disparaging or negative manner. For complete details, please read our royalty free stock photo license. Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is the same as distributing our materials to others. Your friends and colleagues must purchase individual accounts. We track logins, downloads and IP addresses for this purpose. Account sharing is NOT allowed and will be billed, deactivated and prosecuted appropriately.
I bought a photo, but the website login says I'm not activated, what do I do?
On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase and you are not able to access NM Stock Photo photos using your details, please send us a support request.
